Tony Gray

Tony Gray specialises in personal advice to self-managed superannuation fund trustees. Investment advice includes preparation and adherence to a written Investment Strategy individual to each portfolio. A focus on direct assets (listed shares and property and term deposits) with niche active managed funds assists with generating reliable cash-flow to support portfolio growth or pension payments. Allocations to the various asset classes adjust as the relative return potential and risks change - we do not believe in a ‘set and forget’ approach. This direct approach also typically results in lower costs and an improved tax outcome. Financial planning advice encompasses tax structuring, superannuation contributions, estate planning and pension income streams.

Our administrative support is designed to keep track of your portfolio and planning steps and keep life simple for you and your accountant.

Tony has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania, a Diploma of Financial Planning through RMIT, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment through the Securities Institute (now Finsia) and is a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and Finsia. Tony worked with Shadforths Limited from 1994 to 2008.

Tony holds a private pilot licence, enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing and skiing on Ben Lomond with his family. He is a junior soccer coach with Launceston United and also serves on a number of not-for profit boards.
